Refund policy
We do not offer general returns or refunds. Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Any such request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the customer must provide:
Clear photos of the product showing the issue
A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
These are mandatory for verification. Requests without proper proof will not be approved.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution. Refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, size issues, or ordering the wrong item are not accepted.
